Saliva Alcohol Test

Instant saliva alcohol testPremier’s instant saliva alcohol test is a fast and highly sensitive method to detect the presence of alcohol in saliva up to 8 hours. It provides an approximation of relative blood alcohol level. Since the concentration of alcohol in saliva is very close to that in blood, saliva is the preferred method for alcohol testing allowing for greater detection sensitivity than breath testing. Our instant saliva alcohol test is a simple 2-minute test. This instant saliva alcohol test is approved as an initial screening for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and is one of the easiest and most common ways of testing for alcohol consumption.

Alcohol Breath Test

breath alcohol testAn alcohol breath test will estimate the blood alcohol content (BAC) from a breath sample. The test measures the amount of alcohol in the air that you breathe out (exhale). An alcohol breath test is common for mandated testing for agencies like the Department of Transportation (DOT). Non-mandated employers may also require an alcohol breath test for employment purposes. An alcohol breath test is performed by a trained and certified breath alcohol technician (BAT).

EtG Alcohol Test (Urine)

Urine Alcohol TestEtG Alcohol Test is a rapid, sensitive method to detect the presence of alcohol in urine up to 80 Hours. Premier’s EtG alcohol test will detect the presence of the Ethyl Glucuronide metabolite that is present in the urine when alcohol is consumed. It provides a longer detection period than saliva or alcohol breath tests and is very accurate. EtG alcohol metabolite may be detectable as soon as 2 hours after exposure and for up to 80 hours past alcohol consumption.
